F.) Rehearsal Attendance A monthly dance company rehearsal schedule will be posted on the bulletin board by the 25th day of the month prior to the actual rehearsal dates. This schedule will include rehearsal dates, times, and dances to be rehearsed, along with any other information pertaining to the rehearsals. Students will be expected to check the rehearsal schedule and inform the instructors of any conflicts by the first of the rehearsal month.

G.) Performance Attendance All Major Dance Company Productions are mandatory and all dancers are required to be prepared for their opportunity to perform on stage. For all performances Dance Company members are required to show professionalism by arriving at their designated time in their warm-up suits with dance bag properly maintained, and wearing appropriate attire for warm-ups, not costumes. They are to change in and out of costumes as specified and not wear their costumes home.

H.) Late Policies In order to run a dance company efficiently, dancers and instructors must be ready to wok on time. Instructors will record tardiness as well as absences, and like absences, excess tardiness may prevent a student from learning or performing choreography.

I.) All Company members who are tardy must not enter the class room, but wait by the observation window until the instructor allows her/him to enter the room at an appropriate time that does not disrupt the concentration of the rest of the class.
