Company Structures

In order for the Summers Academy of Dance and its’ Company Structures to run smoothly and efficiently, there are certain regulations that all students and parents should be aware of as we enter the new season.

All Company parents will be responsible for providing valuable support in a volunteer capacity. There are a variety of committees you can sign up for.

All Company parents and Students in Training parents will be responsible for participating in all fundraisers equally, and will be required to complete their responsibilities in order for their dancers to participate in all of the productions throughout the year. You also have the option of donating $500 to the BBT® in lieu of your services.

As a Means to Control Costs a Purchase Order Request Form must be filled out. Without written consent and proper authorization on all purchases no reimbursements will be given. All Purchase Orders that have met the criteria for approval must be submitted to the Executive Director in a 30 day period of time for personal reimbursement. After 30 days, we will not guarantee reimbursement on any approved requisition.
