
Sponsorships are a means of financial support towards the printing and advertising expenses incurred in producing our annual Professional Ballet Performance. The sponsorships also cover the expense of the program printing. Sponsorships are Cash Donations only! We are requiring all levels of the Berkshire Ballet Theatre® and Starr Dancers® and Students in Training to help by asking the businesses in their neighborhoods to participate.
• Levels 2, 3 and Intermediate Juniors, and those Dancers In Training are responsible for 2 Sponsorships each. A minimum of $60.00.
• Intermediates, Apprentices, and BBT® Company will be required to obtain 2 Sponsorships each. A minimum of $100.00.
As a contributor, you are eligible for the A501(c)(3) tax deduction. Annual operating costs range from $40,000 to $50,000, or more. As an active and generous member of our community and patron of the arts, there are two ways you can help us attain our goals.
1.) Become a Sponsor of the BBT®. Your name will be listed in our professional theatre program at the Raue Center.
2.) Donate an item, gift certificate or service in exchange for publicity at our Holiday Spirits Gala Dinner and Silent Auction. This event is held in the late fall at the Crystal Lake Country Club. The name of your business will be prominently displayed to recognize your generosity.
Of course, you may also purchase tickets to attend our Gala fundraising event.
