In terms of your monthly tuition, prompt payment by the 5th business day of the month is mandatory. For any payments received after the 5th business day, a $15 late fee will be added to your next monthly statement and be collected on the following month’s invoice. In addition, students whose accounts are in arrears will not be allowed into class until their accounts are brought up to date, nor perform in any productions.
Refund Policy – Tuition will be refunded as follows: Before 1st class 100%, there are no refunds after the 1st class. Tuition cannot be prorated and there are no refunds on missed classes. Students are expected to take all classes assigned to their given level; there are no scheduled makeup classes. Also, the Company policy requires one month’s notice if a student is leaving the program; students will be assessed 1 month’s tuition if advance notice is not given.
Finally, for those parents who wish to keep a credit card number in private file at the desk, we will be happy to comply by keeping your account accurate and paid in full.
